Eight ways we can help.

Every service begins the same way: a personal consultation with Dr. Sahoo, and a plan written for you.

Piles (Arsha) treatment

  • Who it helps: Anyone with bleeding, swelling, itching or discomfort while passing stool — recent or borne for years.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Correct the bowel first — constipation, diet and routine — with medicines to settle bleeding and swelling; classical para-surgical methods only where piles do not respond.
  • What to expect: An examination, a grade, and a plan with medicines, diet and follow-up dates. Treatment aims to relieve symptoms and address the root cause; results vary from person to person.

Fissure (Parikartika) treatment

  • Who it helps: Sharp pain during and after stool, often with a little bright blood — and the fear of the next visit to the toilet.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Soften the stool, ease the spasm and let the tear heal: medicines, local applications, sitz baths and diet. Long-standing fissures may need more.
  • What to expect: Relief of pain is the first goal, healing the second, and a bowel that stays regular the third — so the fissure does not return.

Fistula (Bhagandara) treatment

  • Who it helps: A boil near the anus that keeps returning, bursting and discharging; often after an abscess that was drained.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Ayurveda’s classical answer is Kshara Sutra — a medicated thread through the tract that cuts and heals it gradually — with medicines and dressing. The doctor decides the method after examining the tract.
  • What to expect: Several visits over the course of treatment; most people carry on with daily life in between. What the treatment involves is explained before it begins.

Skin care

  • Who it helps: Eczema, psoriasis, acne, fungal infections, allergic rashes and other skin problems that keep coming back.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Ayurveda treats the skin from within — digestion, blood and constitution — with internal medicines, external applications and diet, rather than a cream alone.
  • What to expect: Skin takes time to change. Expect a plan that runs over weeks, with follow-ups to adjust it, and honest guidance on what to avoid.

Child care

  • Who it helps: Children with poor digestion or appetite, low immunity, recurring cold and cough, or skin issues.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Gentle, child-appropriate Ayurvedic medicines, doses by age and build, and clear guidance for parents on food and routine.
  • What to expect: A calm consultation with the child and parent together; a plan the family can actually follow at home.

Chronic and old diseases

  • Who it helps: Joint pain and arthritis, digestive disorders such as acidity, gas and constipation, and long-standing conditions that have not settled elsewhere.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: A long-standing illness is treated as a whole: medicines, diet, daily routine, and the patience that a chronic condition needs.
  • What to expect: Realistic goals set at the first visit, reviewed at each follow-up. Results vary from person to person, and you will be told what is likely.

Ayurvedic surgery and para-surgical procedures

  • Who it helps: Ano-rectal conditions that do not settle with medicines alone — piles, fissures and fistulae in particular.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Classical Ayurvedic para-surgical care, such as Kshara therapy and Kshara Sutra, where the doctor finds it appropriate after examination.
  • What to expect: Procedures are explained before they begin — what is done, what it feels like, how many visits it takes and what to do at home afterwards.

Diet and lifestyle consultation

  • Who it helps: Anyone whose problem keeps returning, and anyone who wants to stay well — digestion, sleep, routine and food.
  • The Ayurvedic approach: Ayurveda sees food and daily routine (Dinacharya) as medicine. Guidance is practical and personal — what to eat, when, and what to leave out — not a generic chart.
  • What to expect: Clear, written guidance you can follow at home, revisited at follow-ups as your health changes.
